Cancellations & Refunds

SpaFest is happy to refund your SpaFest ticket in full should you wish to cancel within 14 days of making your initial payment.

Thereafter cancellation is not refunded, however, SpaFest tickets for the next year’s event may be offered if extreme circumstances have prevented attendance, but this is at the discretion of the SpaFest team.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All sponsors will be asked to pay in full to confirm their sponsorship package. We insist on this as we are very limited with sponsorship opportunities and therefore once you have taken a slot, we will not release the same slot to another supplier.

Once the cost is paid, we will make contact directly with you to work through your requirements for the event, attendees etc.  Refunds are in full within 14 days of payment thereafter there a 25% fee will be incurred if cancelled within 6 months and a 50% fee if cancelled within 6 weeks of SpaFest. This fee is to cover the loss if we are unable to replace a sponsor at such short notice.
